Center for Protein Informatics

Protein Informatics core unit (Jarek Meller, director) is part of the Center of Informatics, a joint initiative of CHRF and UC. The primary goal of this new core unit is to provide services and support for collaborative efforts involving elements of structural bioinformatics, function analysis and prediction, modeling and simulation, as well as related computational protocols focusing primarily on proteins.
