Sequence of Replication Protein A
Replication Protein A (RPA) consists of three subunits: a 70 kDa , a 32 kDa and a 14 kDa subunit.
They are called RPA70 / RPA1, RPA32 / RPA2 and RPA14 / RPA3 respectively.
Sequences can be submitted to the SABLE server to obtain secondary structures and solvent accessibility predictions.
